The moves in Fully Body Movement are more progressive, complex and challenging. They incorporate and utilize the entire body as much as possible, including the feet, the spine and the core, in conjunction with the various hand jives of volume 1 and volume 2. Thus they are considered to be intermediate to advanced maneuvers and only attempted after one has mastered the hand jives.
