We send out orders twice a week, they may not ship immediately, can take up to two weeks for delivery. We are a small family business, and appreciate your understanding.

Cancelations

To cancel your order please contact our customer service at 530-332-9642 or [email protected]  Cancelations will be processed within 3 business days. If your order has already shipped the order cannot be canceled but you will be able to return the product.

Refunds

We offer a one-year parts warranty on all products and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Return package must be postmarked within 30 days of product arrival and you are responsible for all return shipping. Please email or call us first when wishing to place a return. We consistently check our swings and stands thoroughly before we send them out; sometimes a connector part will be missing or damaged. If so, let us know immediately – within the first 30 days – we will send a replacement out right away. We are not responsible for packages lost by the shipping service in transit or stolen after delivery.

[COVID UODATE] due to the additional expensive incurred from COVID and the higher cost of manufacturing, we now charge a 12% restocking fee on returns.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our Commitment to You

We want you to get your packages intact, orderly and within a timely manner and we strive our best to make it happen. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and unforeseen circumstances may delay your order’s estimated time of arrival. Circumstances that may cause a delayed package are delivery to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, outlying states or territories or international deliveries. We always do our best to keep you as updated and informed of your shipment as possible.
